The Laurel Main Street Festival is an annual, family friendly event that brings together the entire City of Laurel and surrounding communities for a fun filled day. It gathers the businesses, arts & craft vendors, non-profit community along with local citizens for a day of celebration. We recognize this can be somewhat disruptive for traffic to your business on the day of the event and we apologize for any inconvenience to your customers. We hope that any temporary inconvenience is offset by introducing your business to a new set of clientele. This is a great way to showcase your company and connect with new customers.

For participating Main Street Merchants who ARE Members of the Laurel Board of Trade the first booth space is free to promote their business, services, and merchandise. Additional spaces will be allotted if there is availability. Each additional space is $100. Main Street merchants cannot receive this discount and the 25% discount for any other spaces.

For participating Merchants who are NOT Members of the Laurel Board of Trade the first space is $100. Additional spaces will be allocated if there is availability. Each additional space is $150.

Sharing or allocating booth space/spaces to another vendor is not permissible. Booth spaces measure 10’ x 10’ in size and does not include the sidewalk which must be kept clear. You will also need to provide your own table, chairs, canopy (see next page for canopy regulations) and electricity. Applications should be submitted by April 5, 2024. If there are multiple businesses within one “store front” (second floor or separate entrance), the Laurel Board of Trade and the Main Street Festival Committee will do their best to place you near the front area of your business address.
