Our mission is to provide integrated modern-day addiction treatment at the highest quality, so every client has the opportunity for a better life. Our strategic goals are derived from the five strategic imperatives that guide our work. These include quality of care, fiscal responsibility, investment in human capital, organizational culture and complexity, and communication and technology.
We value a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment. Treatment is directed toward promoting mental health which enables the client to function in an optimally therapeutic environment. In addition, treatment is directed toward identifying individual strengths and weaknesses, modifying and redirecting behaviors, and generating improved responses. The client and family are encouraged to be involved in the client’s treatment program.
