Greeters
Volunteers are need to greet festival goers and assist with helping them find what they need and where they wish to go. Greeters are also needed for pre-event kick-off event.
Event Day Hours: 8am – 5pm
Set-up and Breakdown
Vendors and staff will come in early to get everything ready. Volunteers are on hand to help set up tents, concession stands, information, signage and more.
Event Day Hours: Set-Up: 5:30am – 8am and Breakdown: 4pm – 6pm
Information Crew
Help attendees navigate the festival on Main Street and share information. Volunteers are stationed throughout the event site to help direct guests and answer their questions.
Event Day Hours: 8am – 5pm
Rejuvenation Station
These stations will offer free bottled water, fruit and packaged snacks to all festival goers who stop by the station. Volunteers will set-up and breakdown at the end of festival. Volunteers will hand items to anyone who asks and will replenish and keep the station clean and orderly.

Kids’ Zone
These zones are filled with fun and excitement designed for our youngest festival goers. Volunteers will help with the activities in these areas with the kids. A variety of activities can happen in this space. Games, face painting, moon-bounce, bubbles and more.

Runners
Volunteers needed to assist with various activities as needed in the moment and may be assigned to help at various locations as needed. Volunteer tasks may be asked depending on what is happening and the current need.
